Return Policy

Watersorb.com is a non-profit corporation. We strive to deliver the best possible polymer at the lowest possible prices. We do not charge a handling and packaging fee. We have calculated the most economical method to ship our products using both USPS Priority Mail and UPS. If an order is received before noon central time Monday through Saturday, the order is usually shipped the same day. Please allow additional time for 50 lb orders. A few customers have changed their mind after placing an order, and called to cancel after the order is shipped. Therefore, we must institute a policy of charging a 15% restocking fee to cover return shipping for all cancelled orders or returned product.
